SACRAMENTO, CA. March 27, 2017 – For many who love pets, fostering may be a transformational experience with unforeseen rewards.
Such was the case for Elizabeth Hall who began fostering approximately four years ago. Since then, she has fostered 31 small dogs and pledges to continue as long as she possibly can. Elizabeth stated, “Fostering dogs has cultivated positive characteristics in my two children. I have watched them handle small dogs, some of whom are at first afraid and wounded. Through and because of these experiences, my children live practicing patience, empathy and compassion every day. I can’t express how proud I am of my children and how these experiences have matured them.”
Elizabeth is enthusiastic to share her journey with you, so that others may discover a new joy in their own lives. And, of course, the shelter pets will be forever grateful to those who temporarily welcome the animals into their homes.
